Returns

At LUMYSA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare products are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.

  3. Send the product back using the instructions provided.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, contact us at returns@lumysa.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened cosmetics or skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
